The Fall Guy tells the story of Colt Seavers, a seasoned Hollywood stuntman, played by none other than Ryan Gosling. He is dragged back into the very deadly trade after his ex-girlfriend, Jody, now a movie director played by Emily Blunt, asks him to help retrieve her movie in shambles with the mysterious disappearance of the lead actor, Aaron Taylor-Johnson. With the remains of a near-fatal accident, Colt agrees to come back onto the movie set and help Jody. But soon, he finds out that the missing actor is steeped in a dangerous conspiracy whereby he, Colton, has to balance intense stunt work with unraveling the mystery and rekindling his relationship with Jody.
